NTouch allows you to change file time values (date/time) of files and directories.
NTouch is a command line utility which allows you to change 'Created at', 'Last modified' and 'Last accessed' date/time values
of files and directories.
The application was developed using the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 so you need at least the .NET Runtime installed on your system.
This is usually the case of newer Windows installations (e.g. Vista, Windows 7).
